I have been using this service for over a year. Initially, it was excellent—I even rewarded my representative for their performance. However, the quality has dropped significantly. They are now completely unresponsive, and I have several unfulfilled orders piling up. This lack of communication is costing me money in customer refunds and chargebacks. At first, they did everything to get me on board. Once I signed up, the service became incredibly poor! The supplier does not respond and fails to fulfill orders, making numerous mistakes. This is extremely detrimental to my business. I would NOT recommend them. The representative I was in contact with was unhelpful. Very disappointing service!
They have been okay so far, but recent changes mean they no longer accept overseas payments or PayPal. Also, when I make payments, they don't update the status, leading to more chargebacks from customers. I will update my review as I continue using the service, but I must say, my agent is fantastic—definitely the best I've ever had!
I sell Bluetooth speakers with colorful light modes and have been extremely disappointed with my supplier. I received an order on May 22, but the product delivered on June 10 was faulty. After contacting them, a replacement arrived on July 26, but it was even worse—cracked glass and non-functioning buttons. When I reached out, I was informed they cannot issue a refund since they already sent a replacement. This isn't an isolated incident; about 1 in 5 orders has arrived defective. While another supplier had a much better track record, this service might seem cheaper but is unreliable regarding quality control and after-sales support. If you value your customers and brand reputation, avoid this service.
This service ruined my business! I was misled! My package was never signed for, and I was charged a high price without receiving the promised 7-10 day delivery. I feel deceived! The representative is unprofessional, responding to questions that weren't asked, and the response time is very slow. This is not a 24/7 service. Trust me, working with them could lead to significant losses!
