I want to express my sincere gratitude for this program. I truly appreciate the focus on root causes and overall well-being rather than just isolated diet or exercise.While I lost some momentum during four days of travel during the course of the programme, I have otherwise remained committed to the routine. Although the food preparation and mindful eating habits initially required significant effort, they have now become a natural part of my daily life.The results so far have been very encouraging:- Gut Health: I discovered that gluten triggers bloating and sleep issues. Since following the diet, my bowel movements have improved significantly.- Physical Changes: My acne has cleared up, and my weight has dropped from 97 kg to 94.5 kg.- Exercise: The regime is excellent, though I would appreciate more live session options between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM IST.I also want to mention that Dr. Rashmi has been incredibly supportive and motivating throughout this journey. Additionally, the initial counseling session with Dr. Nikitha was fabulous; I have incorporated many of her mindful thinking techniques. While the program is excellent, I feel that including one additional consultation would make it feel like an even more complete package.I feel much better, but I recognize this is just the beginning and am eager to continue identifying further triggers.
