my experience it was bad, the agent supposed to be with you according on the proposal, she should be your translator but only she will be over the phone, the hospital doctors and nurses doesn't speak english, after operation i'm covered with blood for days i was only offered 1 compression it was fully of blood. i had to request shower my daughter has to help me and nurses eventually did the dressing. There is not follow up appointment, i had the person came to do massage at the hotel but less half an hour i had 0 recommendation. I requested the nurse the wound is licking of fulll blood when i call the agency Ozier advised time to look the pharmacy to get bandages or the nurse will come to see me, when the nurse came she dress the wound but wasn't dressing properly I had to request some more bandages to help me going stop bleeding. the agent Ozier keeps increase the price each item when she advise if i need to have massage another £40 extra. Since I came back, i have not come back on my routine where prior op the agent advised 2 weeks you will function back to normal which I'm still struggling of how to cope with bleeding still licking the umbilical cord where they opened it's not heal yet. Personally i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Dr Pilus as they are not follow up, it's all about money you pay to buy diagnoses. not follow up after operation not compression given only the one you have been given after operation not supply dressing after discharge not enough massage not interpreter to translate
