Communication is,extremely poor.Drp do not tell you what and when treatment is happening IT FELT VERY RUSHED.They did not tell me to bring passport or that prescription needs passport or paying for.They told me that temporary dentures could be fitted but I had to force them to do this this was at the point E##Etrying to get me in the transport.They change appointment time and did not inform me.The transport stank of a smoker and was not pleasant.The interpreter E is a liar and manipulates the truth.The denture fitting - there was no interpreter and the guy fitting did not speak English so understanding what was what was difficult. SADLY have had to request that the Interpreter En no longer handles Mt treatment due to his poor attitude and negative remarks . THERE is clearly no patient care from DRP its all about asking money . I'm about to engage a Turkish solicitor to deal with this. They also left me at hotel and did not pick me up assuaged for transport to airport .BE AWARE THEY WILL ALWAYS CHANGE THE PRICE AND ADD .THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY ORGANISATION AVOID COMPLETELY LOST FAITH IN THEM
My consultant beyza was very good very attentive and full off information and is still supporting my after the surgury. Dr llker cicek was great very professional and put and worrying i had away. And my nurse gizem looked after me very well. I am still healing from my surgury and await the full results but everything looks great thank 😃😃😃
I had a hair transplant done at this clinic and I’m absolutely satisfied. The entire process was excellently organized, and the service and care were truly first-class. I’ve travelled from wales uk. And I was straight to the hospital having breast reduction and upper arm lift surgery. Even though we don’t speak the same language, my translator beyza was absolutely amazing helping me understand everything I was going through, she would even be on the phone at night time if I had any questions I wasn’t sure about. Beyza checked in daily to check on my progress of healing. Can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me and my partner. The whole process was stress free thanks to all these people. Also Dr Ilker CICEK and his team at the hospital including the my personal nurse and the other nurses were amazing and checked on me as much as the could. It’s been 6 days since my procedure and Im healing very fast and have movement back in my arms. I’m very happy I chose this company to have these procedures done. Want to wish them all the best of luck and health in the future.. well done to you all I’m extremely happy with anything 😁😁
From the start right through to the end Beyza my translator has been brilliant. With me every step of the way and has the memory of Einstein amazing. All nurse have been amazing checking on me and very attentive to me and my wounds. Nurses Aliye and Gizem were my nurses and helped answer any questions I asked with the help of my translator Beyza. As for Dr. Ilker Çicek what amazing job he has done, I'm so happy, he listened to what I wanted and checked on me. Very nice man and easy on the eye ha ha.. The trip really has been easy from getting picked up from the airport by the drivers who were also super nice, everything is honestly done for you, all I had to do was book my flights. I was very skeptical about getting a surgery and nervous, I originally had my operation booked for February but had to cancel because of the earthquakes, when I told my representative Z, she helped me rearrange another date, with no extra cost. The prices for Dr. Pilus are very competitive, I did research before I booked my operation and there was no company in Istanbul that were cheaper. Anyway when I arrived it was very late, my flight was in nearly 90 mins delayed, and I didn't have any data or WiFi on entering Sabina Goken Airport to let Z know, I was panicking thinking I'd missed my ride, and how I was going to call her... she called me and when she heard I was anxious she quickly calmed me down, and said she'd send the driver back to get us. He picked us up me and my son, and took us to get some food ... he drove around to find somewhere that was open, and explained to me to eat alot before midnight as I couldn't eat after for 12 hours....Z was on my texts to make sure we got in the hotel safely and reassured me that everything would be okay... the next day myself and my son were picked up from hotel and taken to clinic where I had some blood tests. Z was with me and eventually took us to our room, she was sweet and welcoming, and really put me at ease as she could see I was very anxious, my son was very tired as we didn't get much sleep and she helped him get some bedding to rest. The Surgeon was very busy he came to my room, told me the consequences of me having thick skin so I could reevaluate my decision as my results would take much longer to show, he explained everything very quickly and shortly after I had my surgery... I asked for a very natural look, and though I'm only 2 months post op and my nose is still swollen due to me having extra thick skin I cannot even tell that I've been operated on. As the surgeon is very precise and symmetrical with his work. It looks very natural.... my family whom were against me getting a rhinoplasty are also very impressed with the results. After my surgery I had alot of swelling in my face however every step of the way Z ( Z helped me with anything I needed, also I asked for my room to be changed as the first one was chlostrophobic and they did it swiftly on my return. The hotel was beautiful too, driver helpful and respectful despite speaking very little English, which is the reason why I removed 1 star there were very few staff that could speak English apart from Z. However all the people the nurses and doctors were all very kind and attentive, clean and considerate. I would say if you are planning to get a surgery and you have a budget as I did go for Dr. Pilus, they have 100s of surgeries a day so don't expect to be treated extra special because at the end of the day you're paying a much lower price than you would else where, however Dr. Pilus have all the necessary solutions after surgery and are in contact every day. I also had nurses come to my room to check on me. You get results which is very important I feel that the surgeons themselves are perfectionists and do a great job, as whist staying at the hotel I saw multiple patients of Dr. Pilus and they all also had positive things to say about the clinic too. Thank you to all the nurses to took care of me at the hospital, I was a pain in the backside wanting my gause changed every hour, but they did it no hesitation. Thank you to Z she was so lovely even though she was so busy and hard working she still gave me alot of time and a few caring hugs before going into surgery for which I'm very grateful, she still replies promptly if I have any concerns at home, so thanks for that. And lastly thank you to my surgeon who I feel if he was in America would be highly sort after, he is very particular with his work and honestly I can't believe how easy he makes it look when you look at your nose it looks so natural. So thank you for that. I updated my review some of this still stands but now I cannot get a response from them. I find them to be very smart at avoiding responsibility especially when you voice concerns. I had tried to speak to them multiple times before changing my review however I get the sense once your surgery has been done, and you have left Turkey you're no longer a concern to them, and they treat you like a joke.
