I wished I used another agency and clinic

Dr. Pilus was recommended by a friend so I booked trusting that I would receive a good service throughout (I was treating myself since it was my birthday)Unfortunately It was the opposite; everything started before I even left the UK, the agency was not in control of the situation and kept changing their version of wether I had to do a Covid test before the operation in the uk in order to avoid doing it upon arrival in Turkey. I was Mis-sold the whole package from a 5 star hotel which turned out to be a 4 star (70€ difference a night), they never cleaned my room to delays with my transfers. I was quoted between 2500/3000 grafts and at the end I had only 2000; the doctor said I didn’t need more but I believe they could have gone lower with the side of my hairline, in fact it can be clearly seen on the hairline that I will be still reciding, but since they changed my operation last minute to the afternoon, I reckon they wanted to save time and decided to implant less grafts. I was confirmed that the operation would be done by dr. Yildiz however the procedure was actually done by another doctor who didn’t even introduced herself and although it is only a month past the operation I am concerned that the grafts from the donor area have not been extracted evenly, I reckon I have 2 big holes behind my head. On the day The company tried to charge 4% extra for a credit card payment without notifying me before. After making complaints, the agency is ignoring me now and they didn’t even apologised once to me for being so unprofessional and tricked me just to get another booking in. I can see a lot of good reviews, and I was hoping to have a good treatment but my experience has been a disaster and I am now concerned for the outcome of my hair and I feel that I have been mistreated; this is affecting my mental health and nobody is getting back to me.Just a warning to whoever wants to book with this company, just be carefulUPDATE AFTER YOUR REPLY1. I contacted the doctor in the first place because I was given that number by my friend2. My friend paid 1600€ For FUE but I was offered €1950 because I was advised by the agency that DHI would be better for my hairline and to create a better result, but I was never told that the doctor who will do the procedure was someone else from the one you advertised, I was sent dr’ Yildiz certificates, instead I actually never seen the other doctor before and she didn’t even introduced herself, you clearly do not understand the impact to a person when under such an important procedure and have these kind of surprises especially after everything else didn’t go according to plans3. I never took anything from the hotel and the hotel never contacted me 4. My complaints were not about the money because I want to spend less, it’s because you delivered something different from what you advertise and every time I made a comment, for you was like I just wanted to complaint. As mentioned before I do spend a lot of money for things that are worth, sadly this time it was not the case and since nothing has been done on your side (not even showing apologies with the situation) the only way to get to fix the problem is asking for a partial refund 5. My hairline design was done too quickly without me having to realise exactly what I wanted and I was rushed during the procedure because it was getting late, I believe that the corners could have done lower as I do not have any muscle there and I never frown that high. I know the doctor has experience in this field but I checked again how I frown my forehead and I strongly believe it could have done differently. 6. Why didn’t you reply to my emails and try to understand what happened and try to fix the problem instead of ignoring me??? All this could have been avoided by just replying to my emails and calls but you never did.There was an issue after another during those 3 days and I was basically never listened to or looked after, yes I agree that everyone was smiling to me but that doesn’t mean that you delivered the service and product that you advertise.Once again I am happy to discuss this directly if you will have the decency to at least call me and discuss all of this
