Do NOT WASTE your MONEY or YOUR TIME at Dr Pilus for crowns. This dental experience at this clinic, is deeply, Unprofessional yet v disappointing. The staff exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and lack of basic manners, one of the girls shouted at me, on my first visit because, all because I told her the crown was not fitting well.and she wanted me out as she was late for her next appointment.Majority staff are very obnoxious and incompetent. Appointments are confirmed a night before only which is inconvenient. You have no idea what they will be doing on that appointment. (I had various treatments for my teeth) This company has no care or empathy. Once your money is taken they do not care! The workmanship was subpar, leaving me questioning the quality of the treatment. Doors are left open whilst having treatment. Assistants are young, immature, chewing gum. Unprofessional, incompetent staff, very poor organisation and time management. I had my mouth opened, for 4 hours in the first session. This dental experience and the staff exhibited a traumatic,shocking, lack of professionalism and all staff lacked basic manners. I was reassured it won't happen on my second visit by the rep.The hypocrisy, the useless arrogant manger on my second visit was disrespectful and told me to hurry up after I waited nearly over an hour to be seen. I said I was advised the crown would be looked at first. He said it's not my problem. He has no manners and tried to threaten me by saying go to your appointment now or I'll send another patient. I told him not to threaten me and he just looked away! I have a vidShame on you! All whilst I was trying to explain the situation for 5 minutes. He could not wait, yet I waited for nearly an hour. However this time I spoke back and told the staff my thoughts as I am a confident & tenacious individual! I have not paid money for this b.s I got! No translation yet states it in your package translator. Deceiving and untrue. Nobody takes accountability for their mistakes. Very poor workmen ship when it comes to crowns being fitted. Would I recommend this clinic or go again ABSOLUTELY A BIG, FAT, NO! Also a man randomly started taking a video without my consent. I was not happy. It's so rude to just start taking a video for your clinic, whilst having your mouth opened, without asking me first. They make out the package is so good once you paid they don't care. Unacceptable service and behaviour! A incompetent young dentthe issue on the last 2 days ( the crown again is not covering the whole tooth?) and the receptionist with a bob cut was lovely.The rest awful characters & no customer service.Message to Dr Pilus: manager no management skills! You have no management skills and yes this is YOUR problem! I recommend everyone to AVOID Dr Pilus - Istanbul Turkey 100%! And X3 weeks later the crown of my implant come out which is costing me £250 to get re cemented. This is v inconvenient and poor workmen ship! Your asking for more details. Your assistant lied through her teeth. Enjoy your commission that you so desperately wanted a d pressure people to book up and pay good money for unprofessional and poor service! You and your staff have no shame. And I will ensure I let everyone know not to book with you. I recommend people before I had my treatment and you harass and push to get treatments booked then treat people like a number. You are failed to listen why woul I come back to you when you failed to do the job properly the first time!? You are paying for a hotel and transfers. What about the 3 days I am having to take off work and loose money because you failed to do the job properly. Representative was useless and unsupportive on all occasions. I was not abusive I have the right to be angry.Rep has no right to shout at me! On the second occasion the rude pale skinny man has no manners and made me wait over an hour . I asked three times what's going on. No time management, unorganised, condescending, arrogant, ill mannered manger who threated me saying you need to go to the rooms he's waiting. I waited an hour and said no I want to explain ( for five minutes) so do not make things up) the little man with light brown eyes had a I don't care attitude hence why you have a review from me which is very detailed telling you, you will care and this is YOUR PROBLEM. You glued my IMPLANT when your are suppose to screw it in. You declined. So NO YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HELPFUL QUITE THE OPPOSITE TRAUMATIZED EXPERIENCE WITH A BUNCH OF IGNORANT INCOMPETENT STAFF AND COMPANY. Absolutely awful. ***AVOID THIS CLINIC ***😊
