Me and my partner went to drpilus, I went for 24 zirconium crowns and my partner went from breast enlargement.We agreed a price, however upon initial consultation, I was told my teeth were going to be £700 more than we agreed as I needed 3 root canals and 2 fillings.I then decided to have 20 zirconium crowns instead of 24 to keep the cost down, this was agreed with all root canals and fillings, it was only £100 more than my initial quote. So I agreed.When all my treatment had finished, I’d asked the dentist how many root canals or fillings I’d had and she told me 0. So in essence I’d paid £100 more than the price of 24 crowns and I’d only had 20 crowns.I queries this with them, they said on the final dentist appointment, the refund would be issued. (Of course it wasn’t).I continued chasing them regarding the refund for weeks when I was back in UK with no luck, my messages were being ignored, and any time I did get a reply, it was that the finance department were processing my refund blah blah blah.I then get told the refund amount is only £150, and that western union doesn’t permit transactions in GBP so they cannot issue my refund.Firstly, how is my refund only £150 when I had 4 less crowns than agreed? Secondly, they had no intention of issuing me any sort of refund.My partner was planning on going back for dental work at the end of the year, and they had the cheek to say they’d deduct the refund amount from my partners surgery cost when she returns.I would never use this clinic again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.On top of this, the drivers are always late to pick you up and you’re sat waiting around at the clinic after treatment to be dropped off.They act like you’re a priority until you make the payment and then they couldn’t care less!!!Very disappointed and annoyed I trusted these people!
