I have written a review that is mostly positive on here before. Since then I have noticed a few concerns about my nose. One side of my nose has missing bone, and you can see the shadow hollow under my skin in person. And if you trace you finger down the side you can feel it. It's also still painful. It's been 14 months since my surgery. Before the one year mark I had contacted the team on WhatsApp and told them my nose was still swollen. Each time I did I was passed over to the other account. Eventually I was given some advice to get some injections that you cannot get in the U.K. So I asked whether I could get them in their surgery and was told yes, but I should wait til the 1 year mark has passed to see full results. My nose before was nice in length the only concern was the upper bone as it had been broken and looked boxy to me. I feel like now the majority of my bridge bone has been removed. And the tip is just a ball. So has no definition, and I'm not happy with a stub. I did tell the surgeon I didn't want it to look generic. When Zehea was here, she would reply promptly but since she's left, I feel like I'm being ignored. The new people that have text me seem rude and dismissive, as if you discussimg your concerns with them is a inconvenience when that is their job. When you are simply voicing your issues with them. I am not happy with results or the attitude of the staff in after care. Barring in mind THEY told me to wait the 12 months and I'm more than sure their response will be...." Your 12 months aftercare has expired". Perhaps they want you to have to pay for a revision surgery? Idk but I'm not impressed, I should have payed extra and gone with a more reputable company that actually cared about their patients.
