I had a septum correction and rhinoplasty with Dr. Sema in August. The first three days after the surgery were very difficult, and I was discharged the same night. In my opinion, it would have been much better to stay at least one or two nights in the hospital for proper monitoring and recovery. Unfortunately, I felt that financial considerations were prioritized over patient comfort.Breathing has improved after the surgery, but cosmetically there is no significant difference. Even people who know me well could not notice much change.The communication and support before the surgery were excellent, but after the surgery things became more difficult, especially as the assistant resigned. This had a negative impact on my overall experience.I honestly regret changing my original plan. I had initially booked my surgery in Istanbul, but I was convinced to switch. In the end, I paid nearly double the cost compared to Istanbul, and also lost additional money on rescheduling flights and hotels for a result that was not as beneficial as I expected.
