Dr. Sema Koç operated on me for sleep apnea and other respiratory problems. She is a humble and compassionate person, very kind, always smiling, and highly professional. She is the best in Turkey. If you have respiratory problems, ear, nose, or throat issues, I highly recommend her.
I had been experiencing a lot of ear pressure in 1 ear and continued sinus congestion. Prior to my next flight, I reached out to Dr Sema Koc on the weekend who quickly replied and got me an appointment for Monday prior to my evening flight.The office was very professional and an assistant helped translate everything to English for me(I'm from the US). The doctor did a very thorough exam, sharing live video of the inner ears and nostrils, explaining the findings. The doctor cleaned the ears and then had a pressure test done. She provided 3 prescriptions and a detailed medical report including future recommended surgery that I should consider.I would highly recommend this office for anyone who is experiencing any type of ears, nose, or throat, issues. If I wasn't traveling to other countries and could stay in Antalya, I would seriously consider doing the recommended surgery with this office.
I’m happy with my rhino-septoplasty performed by Dr. Sema. Everything was done carefully and professionally. I didn’t want any major external changes, and the doctor fully respected that - the result looks natural and balanced.I can finally breathe freely again, and that’s the most important part! The shape is very symmetrical, there’s still some swelling, but I’m patiently waiting for the final result. The Dr. Selma’s team has been very supportive and always available to answer my questions, which makes the whole recovery process much easier.Highly recommend Dr. Sema it was a good experience!

Could not recommend here more! From Australia and had a blocked ear for 5 days after an infection. Left the doctor with 2 perfect ears, hearing back! The most friendly people working here, super clean, super professional! Kept me comfortable the whole time
I had a septum correction and rhinoplasty with Dr. Sema in August. The first three days after the surgery were very difficult, and I was discharged the same night. In my opinion, it would have been much better to stay at least one or two nights in the hospital for proper monitoring and recovery. Unfortunately, I felt that financial considerations were prioritized over patient comfort.Breathing has improved after the surgery, but cosmetically there is no significant difference. Even people who know me well could not notice much change.The communication and support before the surgery were excellent, but after the surgery things became more difficult, especially as the assistant resigned. This had a negative impact on my overall experience.I honestly regret changing my original plan. I had initially booked my surgery in Istanbul, but I was convinced to switch. In the end, I paid nearly double the cost compared to Istanbul, and also lost additional money on rescheduling flights and hotels for a result that was not as beneficial as I expected.
We came with a problem of ear infection after swimming in the pool on holiday. It was a very unpleasant and painful experience for my son. I would like to thank the doctor and her team from the bottom of my heart for the help and support provided during the treatment, good attitude and care. We were received very quickly, examined and prescribed the right treatment. Afterwards, they carried out a check-up and prescribed further recommendations.Wish the Prof.Dr.Sema KOC and her clinic success in their future work!
