Avoid at all costs.I had a terrible experience with Dr Smile and deeply regret trusting them. From the start of the treatment, I made an initial payment of €219, which was correctly processed. However, this payment still does not appear in my billing, and I have not received any refund, despite more than 15 follow-ups since the beginning of the year.Every time, I’m promised a resolution “within 4 weeks,” then “within 3 months,” and I’m asked to resend the same documents over and over as if it were the first time (my bank details, proof of payment, etc.). After that – nothing happens. No action. No refund. No accountability.It’s been over 6 months, and I’m still getting vague, non-committal replies from a completely incompetent customer service team, unable to handle a simple billing issue.I’ve had no choice but to file a complaint with the DGCCRF (French consumer protection authority) and seek external help.Dr Smile / Impress is extremely quick to take your money… but completely absent when it comes to fixing their mistakes or issuing refunds.I strongly advise against using this company. They show a total lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for their clients.Stay away while you still can.
