I will update if this situation gets resolved. With the upcoming shutdown, it seems the company is not processing the $20 withdrawal requests that were supposed to be completed within 24 hours. I have $151 in rewards I've tried to redeem in $20 amounts over the last two weeks, but they are still in "verification status". I haven't received any responses to my support tickets or emails. This morning, I withdrew the remaining $11, which went through quickly, but the $20 withdrawals remain pending. If you're facing similar issues, I recommend withdrawing in $10 increments to get what you're owed.
