If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. I placed an order on December 14, and it was in my area by December 16. Now it’s December 26, and according to the tracking information, there’s been no movement. I have messaged and emailed every day, but I haven’t received a single response. I will have to request a refund through my bank. It's shocking that a large company can operate this way. I will never use this service again.
