Order delayed with no updates

I made a purchase at the end of November, and it's still showing as being prepared for shipment. I've tried reaching out through various channels like messaging, calls, online forms, and emails, but to no avail. I feel completely let down, which is really disheartening.

Unacceptable: Over 50 days with no delivery and no refund

I'm sharing this to alert others about the company's lack of accountability regarding my order placed on November 30 for 89.81€. Nearly two months later, I have received nothing. While shipping issues can arise, their response is both legally and ethically unacceptable. I've tried to communicate multiple times, but they only send standard responses claiming they're waiting for the courier. According to consumer protection laws, the delivery period is 30 days, and they have ignored this. They insist they can't act until they hear from the courier, but my contract is with them, not the courier. They are stalling while keeping my money. I demand an immediate refund and will escalate this if not resolved soon. Avoid this store if you care about your money and consumer rights.

Avoid this company at all costs

Stay away from this company. I ordered products online, and they sent me a mascara with a security tag still attached, claiming it was from their warehouse, but the seal was broken. It was clearly used and dried out. I requested a replacement or refund, but they denied my request. This company seems to prioritize paying influencers over addressing customer complaints about defective products. Their social media is flooded with grievances. Boycott them.

If I could give zero stars, I would

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. I placed an order on December 14, and it was in my area by December 16. Now it’s December 26, and according to the tracking information, there’s been no movement. I have messaged and emailed every day, but I haven’t received a single response. I will have to request a refund through my bank. It's shocking that a large company can operate this way. I will never use this service again.

Perfume purchase ... Poor service

Every Christmas, I buy my wife a perfume. Typically, it arrives neatly wrapped as a gift. This time, I could only buy a bag with it. What a poor service. This will be my last time shopping here. The customer is no longer valued.

They are a scam

They are a scam! I made a purchase, and even though they charged my card, they claimed it didn’t go through and didn’t deliver my items. They promised a refund, but it's been eight days, and I still haven’t seen it. They took my 130€.

Purchased a Yves Saint Laurent perfume...

I bought a Yves Saint Laurent perfume, and it is definitely not authentic; it doesn’t smell the same and fades within half an hour. I wrote to request an exchange or return, but they said they don’t accept returns, despite stating otherwise on their website. I do not recommend them at all; I feel like I wasted 75€.
