Our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot this morning. The location doesn't feel safe at all. The manager was unhelpful when we needed assistance getting to the airport after the incident. We had chosen this hotel for its supposed safety. It's disappointing, especially after such a special experience with our new car. The hotel claimed they would assist with the investigation but refused to provide surveillance footage. It's concerning.
