We spent Christmas in Cleveland, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was a noticeable number of staff members available. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast surpassed what is typically offered at hotels with complimentary meals. We will certainly come back!

Having stayed at various locations of this hotel chain, we can confidently say we've never had a negative experience. The assistance from the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. During our recent visit, we needed a room change, and the team quickly arranged a suitable option before our arrival. Additionally, we accidentally left an item behind, and the staff promptly helped us retrieve it and arranged for it to be shipped back. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

Our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot this morning. The location doesn't feel safe at all. The manager was unhelpful when we needed assistance getting to the airport after the incident. We had chosen this hotel for its supposed safety. It's disappointing, especially after such a special experience with our new car. The hotel claimed they would assist with the investigation but refused to provide surveillance footage. It's concerning.

After leaving my belongings behind, I was told they were found, but upon returning, I was informed there was no record of them. This has happened more than once, and it seems there's an ongoing issue with items disappearing. I've even filed a police report due to the circumstances.
