I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and while my initial experiences were positive, my recent visits have been troubling. After leaving my belongings behind, I was told they were found, but upon returning, I was informed there was no record of them. This has happened more than once, and it seems there's an ongoing issue with items disappearing. I've even filed a police report due to the circumstances.
