I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher, but after 9 days of use the water had a metallic taste to it. I did multiple cleanings but nothing would permanently resolve the issue. As others mentioned, lots of emails back and forth until finally received a phone call with Jack who after listening to my detailed story agreed to send a replacement. He emailed me a return shipping label and promised to send replacement once mine was received. I am giving 5 stars for now with the anticipation that the new device will work properly without have to do a cleaning daily.
