I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher, but after 9 days of use the water had a metallic taste to it. I did multiple cleanings but nothing would permanently resolve the issue. As others mentioned, lots of emails back and forth until finally received a phone call with Jack who after listening to my detailed story agreed to send a replacement. He emailed me a return shipping label and promised to send replacement once mine was received. I am giving 5 stars for now with the anticipation that the new device will work properly without have to do a cleaning daily.
Ordered december 16. contacted them on dec 26 and jan 14 and reluctantly agreed to wait till first week of february for my water filter to be delivered. already over a month delayed. Received the WRONG PRODUCT on feb 2 and it was USED and SCRATCHED. Then for 2 days telling me to "wait" for return instructions. Finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. this is a scam company with low quality chinese products scamming people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Honestly, I hesitated to buy it, thinking it was just another trendy item, but now I can't imagine my day without it. The water feels different—lighter? Smoother? It's hard to describe, but even my mom mentioned it feels like it's doing wonders for her gut! And the customer service? Absolutely outstanding! I had an issue with the plug, and they replaced the entire base within three days! They even followed up later to ensure everything was working well. Now, my friends jokingly call me a water enthusiast! So, yes... consider giving it a try!
AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! I placed an order on December 8, and while a shipping label was created, I am still waiting for the item to be shipped three weeks later. I've reached out to the support team via email and phone, but all I get is an automated response. There has been ZERO FOLLOW-UP!!!

I bought a hydro kettle or jug late last year and, last month, the unit zapped /sparked when I turned it on. I found the we mail address on the Dr. Water was website and sent a support request. That email was undeliverable email address doesn't exist. I tried a differentemail address and that worked but I received no reponse after 3 weeks. Then, I sent a support request from the Dr. Water website and clicking "submit" also failed. The product seemed to work OK for 6 months, but, if anything goes wrong, don't expect to get any support, or even a reply.

I had an issue with my hydro kettle but customer support was friendly and super quick to resolve it. I love hydrogen water and the health benefits it provides, I just feel more hydrated and get up to pee less at night so I get more sleep and just feel invigorated when I wake up in the morning, I don’t know what I’d do with out it, I’m just glad I have one and the Dr. Water hydro kettle is the best choice.
I’m a health professional, I take great care of my body and I’m particular about products I use. This machine clarifies water you can see it through the glass - that’s no joke. London England is hard water even when I use filters and a regular kettle I still see residue which is not the case here. Add to it the hydrogen element which is vital for healthy brains, organs and cellular energy.Love it Thank you for a great product that does hat it says
