I find this stance from the company to be completely inflexible and unresponsive, especially since I had no intention of using the vehicle outside Austria. Additionally, it would be more suitable if such conditions were clearly communicated to customers at the time of car collection instead of being buried in small print. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for me. In conclusion, money matters, and customer service plays a crucial role in the decision to choose and continue using a service.
