It was so perfect experience for my first time taken from this company and I will take forever if I go to rent again and again while I go every couple months to Europe, hold you this again
The rental was on par, as advertised. No unpleasant surprises, the rental agreement was a little difficult to interpret (i.e unlimited kilometers was expressed in the "free mileage" box with a "0". Never could have figured that out without having asked. I would have preferred a manual transmission, but in 2026 that is becoming increasingly rare.
Avoid this company. The business model is to make you pay more. In my case - They did not include cross border fee, even when I told them so at the airport terminal - so + 99€ afterwards. Gave back the rented child seat, was charged as not given back. Need to mention that the charge for this "not returned child seat" was made on the 1st day or rent. "Needs to be given back personally" - the guy in the office did not mention this - so +199€ afterwards.
My fault to trust the guy that everything is on the order correct.
So this is the business model.
Avoid.
Next time I call my friends, so they can take me from VIE and back.

They tried to charge us an additional €350 (3x what we'd already paid), because we didn't have an IDC.
In my opinion these charges should have been included in the original quotation. If they had have been, we would have purchased the IDC locally for £5.50.
This smacks of profiteering as they are leaving people with minimal options by the time they have got to the rental office.
I am very dissatisfied with this rental service. I was charged more than expected without any clear reason, encountered poor customer support, and faced a total absence of communication during the entire process. My calls and messages were not returned, my concerns were overlooked, and there was no attempt to address issues in a professional manner. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking trustworthy and dependable assistance.
I was charged an additional Eur 99 for cross-border travel, even though I only drove a short distance into Germany while intending to remain in Austria. Despite my explanations, the customer support team refused to cancel the charge, insisting it was the renter's responsibility to avoid crossing borders, with no exceptions allowed. I find this stance from the company to be completely inflexible and unresponsive, especially since I had no intention of using the vehicle outside Austria. Additionally, it would be more suitable if such conditions were clearly communicated to customers at the time of car collection instead of being buried in small print. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for me. In conclusion, money matters, and customer service plays a crucial role in the decision to choose and continue using a service.
In August 2025, I rented a car for a couple of days. After returning home, I realized I had left an iPhone somewhere in Austria. Later that December, I rented again from the same service. I inquired at the counter if they had found an iPhone from my previous rental, and to my delight, they had kept it safe and untouched. I am incredibly grateful, as it had many precious photos. Both rentals were excellent with top-notch vehicles. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to rental service in Austria. Highly recommended!
I received a different car than what I ordered; they attempted to provide me with a lower category, forcing me to pay additional fees to get the vehicle I wanted. It has been over a month, and my deposit still hasn't been refunded, likely never will. Untrustworthy service, I advise against working with them.
The service met all specifications and was in line with the cost. The employee at the airport front desk was very friendly and supportive. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and the check-out process was straightforward. It would have been perfect if the cross-border fee hadn't been so high (99 EUR/rent), but I was aware of this and accepted it prior to renting.
