Review Time
I encountered a problem with a calendar I had printed, which was due to print placement rather than my fault. It was one of four I intended as Christmas gifts. It arrived on Saturday, and I called on Monday. There were no problems; I had a replacement in hand by Thursday. I can't complain about that level of service. Well done! I could have rated it lower, but what's the point? Issues can arise, and as long as they're addressed quickly with excellent customer support, it's best to just move on.
I've relied on this service for all my photos over the past three years, starting with my wedding prints that were of outstanding quality, and now for phone photo prints. I've never encountered any issues; the photos always arrive very quickly (even with my latest order placed close to Christmas) and are consistently well-packaged. I appreciate the variety of options for photo sizes and borders. The smaller square pictures with a white border look fantastic on my daughter's photo wall in her room. I wouldn't consider using any other service now.
My order fell short in various ways, mainly due to my insufficient research about printing. Although I specified the size of my prints as 20 x 16, they returned with borders at the top and bottom, which prevented fitting them into my frame. The colors were also not as expected. I suspect I should have used the recommended printer profiles. I have more orders to place and intend to return for my printing needs. Additionally, the delivery was subpar, as they left the photos on the doorstep in the rain without ringing the bell. Luckily, I was home waiting, but I only found out they arrived after receiving an email.
The website was easy to navigate. I chose the pearl print option, which arrived after a week, and the pictures turned out beautifully. My images feature a snow leopard, and the pearl effect enhances its colors perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again in the future.
