After filing a complaint on the service's portal, I received a prompt response with a resolution, and my case was forwarded to the appropriate team for further action. The team was very professional and friendly.
The online application does not function properly, and no one answers the phone. Appointments for NICOP are not available online, requiring significant time spent on the computer. On the appointment day, after submitting my application, I was surprised to encounter additional service charges on top of the NICOP fees. We traveled three hours to pay these charges to staff who are already compensated by the government.
This service is one of the worst I've encountered. Renewing a British passport takes only minutes online, while renewing a Nadra card takes several hours. The process is excessively complicated, requiring repeated uploads of fingerprints and photos, often leading to being locked out of the system. It's frustrating and disheartening.
