Over the last year, the service has deteriorated from 'acceptable' to quite poor. Despite having completed a profile and participating in various studies, the app increasingly adopts a random approach in suggesting studies. Most of the studies are irrelevant, forcing users like me to sift through them individually. I feel they owe compensation for the time I've spent navigating through their ineffective applications. Additionally, if you're not a frequent spender on high-ticket items or major purchases, your input seems to hold little value to them.
