Most of the studies are irrelevant, forcing users like me to sift through them individually. I feel they owe compensation for the time I've spent navigating through their ineffective applications. Additionally, if you're not a frequent spender on high-ticket items or major purchases, your input seems to hold little value to them.

Instead of blocking your account, the app allows you to complete pre-surveys only to cut you off at the final step without explanation. The focus appears to be on researchers and clients, leaving little regard for average contributors.
I successfully completed a live mission, which was confirmed by the platform. I was informed to expect a full payment of $100 but only received $20 without a clear rationale or any appeal process. Although the reviewer stated there are 'no wrong answers,' my payment was reduced due to difficulties with the product interface, contradicting their stated values. If you're consistent, you'll eventually find missions you qualify for. It requires patience and a bit of luck. Be cautious - they initially did not compensate me for a detailed review. I completed an express mission thoroughly and meticulously, yet they claimed it didn’t meet their quality standards, which seemed odd given my experience with other surveys. After reaching out, they acknowledged a technical error and promised payment, but I wouldn't have received it without my follow-up. Customer service was prompt and helpful, which is why I’m updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
I'm giving 1 star right now after completing my first mission. It was marked as finished on the 22nd but only closed on the 25th. After expressing my concerns, I was told to wait 10 days for payment, which seems excessive compared to other platforms that process payments immediately or within a couple of days.
