However, over the last month, my experience has changed dramatically. I started a trial and canceled it properly, following the company's instructions. Since then, my refund has been delayed for almost a month, with ongoing explanations about internal payment issues. Support responses are polite but very repetitive and provide no real resolution — just 'we have escalated it' repeatedly. What concerns me most is that the company continues to accept payments through the payment platform while admitting they can't process refunds through it. No alternative solutions or compensations have been offered during this long wait. I don't believe this is how customers should be treated, especially when their funds are held without service and no clear refund date. I really hope the service resolves these payment issues soon, as the product has potential. Until this situation is fixed, I would advise new users to be cautious and avoid subscribing until refund processing is fully functional again.
