Since then, my refund has been pending for nearly a month, with ongoing explanations about issues related to internal payment processing. While the support replies are courteous, they are overly repetitive and fail to provide any real solutions — simply stating “we have escalated it” repeatedly. What troubles me most is that the company continues to accept payments through the payment platform and promotes it as a method of payment, while acknowledging their inability to process refunds through it. No alternative solutions or compensations have been offered during this prolonged wait. I don’t think this is how customers should be treated, especially when their funds are held without any service and no clear timeline for a refund. I sincerely hope the service resolves these payment issues soon, as the product has great potential. Until this matter is addressed, I would recommend that new users exercise caution and refrain from subscribing until refund processing is fully operational again.

Unless you already set your pricing markup, you’ll have to go back and do that too. To make it worse, they take 50% of the product cost on top of what you’ve already paid, while you do all the work. And when it comes time to advertise? You’re not even allowed to use their stock images — you have to take your own photos.
