I want to share a very disappointing experience I had with the service, so others don’t find themselves in the same situation. I installed the service just to test the app during the free plan period. After testing, I found it unsuitable for my business needs, so I uninstalled it immediately. To my surprise, I was still charged $47 USD, even though I never used any paid plan. What's worse — they admitted it was their mistake, but insisted I must pay first before they could issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. 👉 So I’m warning all e-commerce owners and dropshippers — please be very careful before using this service. Even during a free trial, you might end up being charged for a service you never actually used.
