And they had the cheek to post on Facebook that the staggering scale and cost of damaged deliveries is causing immense frustration to customers over the sale season (in an effort to align themselves as the solution no doubt). What a joke! How about you learn how to even effect a delivery, before you start throwing stones in that glass house. Or are you forgetting that you asked a courier to take my item to a shop without my permission, sent the items back to yourselves and then refused to give me back the hefty delivery fee you'd charged me? Walking hypocrites. YOU are the cause of customers' frustrations.
