In my 12 years of living here, I have never seen a worse place. People don't wash their hands after using the toilet, and that's normal. They steal small items from the factory. Many women use women's perfumes with hormones to attract men. A woman offered me twice to stop before work to get some fresh air :D. I tried to find the truth there for 6 months, but they just provoked me into aggression, and in the end they simply said there was no work for me. I tried to talk to the manager, but he didn't give a damn about all this either, since the manager himself is always under the influence of alcohol. Every time I came to him, I smelled alcohol! I do not advise anyone to work with this dirty company... Everything there is built on manipulation, my friends!

tterly useless company. Used to be a customer for online supplies, but they have removed all online stores and now concentrate on a ridiculous snowflake website that does absolutely nothing! Probably cost tens of thousands to build but you can't buy any products! Emailed 3 different departments 4 times to ask where the online shop was and not a single reply, they don't care.Anyway I found kite packaging, same products, less money and a fantastic website.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FAULTY PRODUCTS AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a sample self-adhesive box and it arrived broken with a flap missing (torn off). The outer delivery packaging was fine therefore the blame can only be placed on DS Smith and not the courier. I reached out immediately to request a new sample was sent and to enquire as to whether they can provide assurances that large scale orders are not faulty. I've sent multiple follow up emails and I haven't had a response at all and it's been weeks now. Would never recommend using this company.
To be honest I was a bit worried, I read some feedback which was not positive but people are rarely objective so I decided to give it a try. I can say that the whole process was the best experience in the last few years. From order to delivery. The website is friendly and easy to use. I shop online often but I have rarely come across such a good seller. DS Smith is one of the best in terms of price. Really, this was flawless and the customer came first. At leastthat's how I felt.
Theft! They have ripped me off!I purchased 50 boxes, and only one has turned up, and I can not get through to there customer service line no one answers, and they don’t reply to emails, I’ll have to report this now to trading standards, I’ll be looking for another packaging supplier now!
I've bought a lot of stock from these guys in the past - on all three of my sizeable orders with them have been missing at least one item. I think they do great products - but whoever is packing the boxes seems to make regular mistakes so I would recommend DS smith look into this. Their customer service has been good though - I called them up each time and, eventually, they sent me out all the missing items I needed.
