Appalling service.
First my package is changed without my consent and I start receiving communication of disconnection if certain amounts are not paid and this is after I paid my monthly fees.
Finally after speaking to an agent I switched from the Family decoder package to the Family stream package on the understanding and commitment that the Family stream allows you to stream on 2 devices simultaneously (1 anywhere stream and 1 mobile stream) but this is not the case. I am unable to stream on 2 devices simultaneously. The package allows me to stream on 1 device at a time.
For the past week I have been trying to get someone at Myltichoice to fix the problem but am given the run around and the customer service agents all have a different version of the Family stream package.
Can someone just fix the problem coz I am paying for the service.
