Abusive Staff

I just had been verbally abused by 2 members of the staff from this delivery company. My delivery slot was between 9-12pm today. I called DSV at 12.35 to enquire where the driver is. I was told by Lee that he doesn't know and it's not his job to know. I asked if he could reach out to the driver and give me the indication. He sulkily said, he will do that. He called back to advise that it will be 45min-1hr. When I asked why I haven't received any call from DSV advising about delay, he became agitated and said it's not his job.I have then received an angry call at 13.36 - a woman on the phone was shouting that the driver is outside my property and where am I? I did asked her to ask the driver to wait a bit as I need to reach out to someone to check. She was rude and persistent, continuously asking how long, how long? I refused to be intimidated by her pushy behaviour and stood my grounds and said I will find out. She then put the phone down on me. As it turned out my husband returned to the property while she was shouting at me. I asked for complaint address to where I can send my observations. Lee provided me with his own email address. When I asked for his supervisor's details, his reply was: she's on holiday. He only gave this to me after I asked him 3 times. The whole experience left me shaken. Some of DVS employees do not perform their job properly, try to cover up their incompetence by becoming aggressive and rude to their customer. This is totally unacceptable behaviour which management needs to address asap. Ela Watson
