I am very disappointed with the delivery service from DSV Schenker.
My package from ByFlou (shipment no. KOL6078394) was scheduled for delivery on 24 February 2026 between 08:00 and 17:00, but it never arrived. When checking the tracking information, I could only see the shipment moving between different DSV centers with no clear explanation.
What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability: no email address, no phone no. to track. It feels like no one takes responsibility or can provide a clear answer about where the package is or when it will be delivered.
Reliable delivery and clear communication are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience has been stressful and disappointing.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the delivery service DSV. Not only did I wait two months for the delivery of goods from France to the Czech Republic, but the item also arrived damaged.
I demand an immediate explanation of why this happened and a proposal for resolving the situation.

DSV has scammed me, they have cancelled my order when it was sent for delivery, no communication was sent to me, I had to do a follow up, it’s been a month chasing for my items but have not received anything from them except poor service. The customer service department is very useless, all the agents are unable to assist me as they all don’t know what’s happening with my parcel.
I scheduled a collection and paid in advance for it (local service). After raising concerns with the support team, it has now been 7 business days and the promised "same day delivery" still hasn’t been picked up. I live in a major city. The communication and support have been the worst I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against using this service.

This service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They continuously provide false information with no respect for their customers’ time or money. My delivery is now over two weeks late. When I sought an update—after receiving no communication at all—I was given a nonsensical excuse about “IT issues.” They asked me to confirm that my delivery would arrive today, but after that, there was no further communication, and the delivery never arrived, even though I waited at home. I now have to cancel our builders again due to this service’s incompetence. I'm still left in the dark about when I will receive my delivery.
I write this review with disbelief regarding our experience with this service. One would expect that a provider charging premium rates would at least deliver a minimally acceptable level of service. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. Despite their claims of delivering “quality service,” what we have received consistently falls short of even basic standards of professionalism. Deliveries have frequently failed to arrive as scheduled—repeatedly and without prior notice. In most instances, we learned of these no-shows a week later, prompted by customer inquiries. We were informed that goods had “been delivered”—impressive if they hadn't arrived a week late and been rejected. Once rejected, the situation worsens. It typically takes two additional business days (on a good week) to locate our goods. During this time, we are left without merchandise and subjected to continuous, unexplained transport charges. Even when products are finally returned, they often arrive in such a damaged state that they are unusable. It is astonishing to witness such a disconnect between cost and performance. One would expect this level of service from a rogue startup—not from a “reputable” provider with years in the industry. In summary, they have managed to combine high pricing with poor communication, late deliveries, misreported shipments, inadequate tracking, and damaged returns. It’s an impressive feat, just not in the way one hopes for from a logistics partner. We hope this feedback triggers a much-needed internal review. In the meantime, we will be seeking options that provide either better service at the same cost or, ideally, better service for less.
