What an awful experience! My son, wanting to gift me two pairs of my favorite sneakers, had them delivered by FedEx. One box was severely damaged, and the other pair looked like they had been mistreated during shipping. They were thrown into a bag and arrived dirty and damaged. My son felt terrible for trying to make it special for me. I contacted the company, and while a representative offered a full refund or replacement, it felt like a hassle, and I ended up with confusing responses from various employees. This was especially disappointing for my son, who sold his belongings to buy gifts. They didn't deserve his purchase.
