Wrong shoe size sent, ai customer service at first. Then difficult to understand representative who seemed to intentionally drag out and repeat themselves to annoy you. The whole thing seemed like it was to get you to give up and just keep the shoes sent .
My package went missing, and it took me 17 days after my purchase to finally get a response. They offered to send a replacement and give me a discount, which was nice, but that one also got lost. They did refund my order, and I really appreciate their good customer service.

I encountered the worst employee behavior at the store. I went in for a last-minute gift and asked for help with a slipper. The employee reacted as if I had done something wrong. When I inquired about another version without a platform sole, he yelled at me, questioning my request. I asked if I had offended him, but he just told me to have a good day and walked away. I spoke to another lady who identified herself as a manager, and she claimed she didn't hear anything. I decided I wouldn't return to the store. Clearly, shopping online is the better option.

One box was severely damaged, and the other pair looked like they had been mistreated during shipping. They were thrown into a bag and arrived dirty and damaged. My son felt terrible for trying to make it special for me. I contacted the company, and while a representative offered a full refund or replacement, it felt like a hassle, and I ended up with confusing responses from various employees. This was especially disappointing for my son, who sold his belongings to buy gifts. They didn't deserve his purchase.
