I had a terrible experience with my online order. I ordered shoes that were supposed to ship from a distant store. A shipping label was created, but the shoes were never sent. After several days and multiple calls to customer service, I learned the store never had them in stock but failed to inform me. They couldn't expedite shipping from a nearby store either. This is a frustrating place to order from if you need shoes quickly.
