DTDC is the WORST delivery platform. When my courier come to Bangalore, Whitefield Warehouse DTDC is asking me to come and pick it up 🤦🏻♂️. Their Customer Care says that it is because my location is a "non service able location". I live just 6-7kms from their warehouse and still they cannot deliver to me. PATHETIC. If anybody feels bad about themselves please remember that DTDC exists.
