I have booked a courier on 04 February 2026, and at the time of booking I was informed that the parcel would be delivered within 2 days. However, as of today (08 February 2026), the courier has still not been delivered.
Additionally, there is no update available in the online tracking system, which is very concerning. This type of delay and lack of information has happened multiple times with me, especially with the service at the Jejuri location.
I request you to kindly check the status of my parcel urgently and ensure it is delivered at the earliest. Please also take necessary action to improve the service, as this repeated issue is causing inconvenience.
