If there's one courier company that provides the worst service, it's DTDC Courier Services. Two weeks ago, I sent a package to Mumbai, but it never reached the Mumbai office, and I still haven't received a return. I can't get through to customer care, and the agency where I sent the package from isn't providing any response either. Their services are absolutely terrible. Please, do not use DTDC Courier under any circumstances.
