This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I ordered a product on 3rd February 2026, and the expected delivery date was 7th February. However, today is 13th February, and it has been more than 10 days.
I called customer care yesterday, and they assured me that it would be delivered the same day, but it was not. I also sent an email, but I have not received any update regarding the status of my order or the expected delivery date other than an apology. So Companies out there please avoid doing business with these kind of service providers they surely will ruin your reputation.
