This is really a frustrated experience. The delivery was expected on 13th. I emailed and called for a fast delivery due to some urgency. But after several emails, calls and ticket raised there is no progress. Today is 14th and end if the day. But still no progress. The DTDC customer care doesn't have any clue where my parcel is. They don't know when it will be delivered, they don't want to share the delivery partner number to reach. They don't have any ETA even to deliver. On top of that the executive speak very rudely, in such an attitude like "I don't know when and what, you need to wait. We can't do anything". This was the clear statement. Very unprofessional. This is a worst service and communication I ever experienced from a brand. I am sure by this attitude and service quality the organization will start facing downfall.
