I had two new Hankook tyres fitted last week on my CMax replacing two Michelin tyres.Driving the car, post the new tyres, I found the tyres created a lot of road noise, certainly louder than the previous Michelin tyres I had on the front of the car.I returned to Discount Tyres and explained the situation. As ever I was treated well. My car was then taken on a test drive to confirm the tyre noise. Alas on return the noise could not be found. It was decided to change my front wheels with my rear wheels which was done free of charge. I have driven the car home and found the noise has been reduced somewhat. In future I will purchase tyres I know and those which have served me well in the past. Discount Tyres could not have been fairer over this issue.
