My two-slice toaster became a fire hazard. It started with the timer switch sticking in the 'on' position, causing it to overheat and the safety switch to deactivate. Unaware, I sent it for repairs, and they reset the safety switch but didn’t check the timer switch. Upon return, the timer switch continued to stick, and I had to manually reset the safety switch. Eventually, the safety switch also failed, leaving the toaster on for potentially hours. Concerned about fire risk and wasted electricity, I discarded it. I find the situation frightening and will not buy from this brand again.
