First, I bought a 75 count of dubia roaches. I received about 50 instead of 75, but they apparently have sent me another order of 75 to make up for it which was nice. But then also with that order, I ordered a 120 gallon enclosure. Just received the item and wow it was terrible. Two pieces were cracked/smashed. The screws are TERRIBLE, they strip immediately. And the enclosure itself is flimsy. I contacted the customer service who replied quickly. But the best they could do is either send me some of the parts or give me $25. For me the customer service was great, but not really worth it for what you’re getting from them. I wouldn’t waste your time, spend the extra buck and get better quality food/enclosures.
