The terrariums are very nice but mine came fractured on a corner piece and trying to get ahold of someone is a nightmare. I ordered two 120 gallon terrariums from them for two separate reptiles and was only able to set up one. No one answers the phone and text/chat takes hours just for a response and even if you respond immediately to them it takes another several hours to hear back again. I was told I would get tracking info for my broken piece hours ago and nothing.
