What a disaster! If the representatives don’t speak English, how can they assist customers booking in an English-speaking country? I was dismissed when I asked if I could book over the phone due to their payment system not working online (after trying multiple browsers on both phone and laptop); I was told to try another browser. When that didn’t work and I called back, the line kept cutting off. Dealing with this service has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend.
