Outstanding service

Outstanding service, very competitive for the quality provided. I dropped off my car at the first airport parking as instructed, and they took it to their depot. When I returned, I called after collecting my luggage, and my car was waiting for me at departures. The driver even had the car nicely heated for me, which was a blessing since it was 10:30 PM and 6 degrees. Thank you for the excellent and professional service.

Customer service disaster

What a disaster! If the representatives don’t speak English, how can they assist customers booking in an English-speaking country? I was dismissed when I asked if I could book over the phone due to their payment system not working online (after trying multiple browsers on both phone and laptop); I was told to try another browser. When that didn’t work and I called back, the line kept cutting off. Dealing with this service has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend.
