I was at first happy with my necklace then bought the bracelet. One of the charms I got with the bracelet snag the bracelet because it was too small for both the necklace and the bracelet which then tour the bracelet before I could even wear it… then the necklace broke and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for an update on a replacement for over a month. I have received no correspondence through email nor through their Facebook messenger with updated information.
