Poor quality item. I emailed to arrange return which you do at your own cost. I follow up about 3 weeks later and they say they haven't received my return. I wouldn't waste my money on their jewellery, it's over priced and I couldn't see it lasting any length of time.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. Both small stones fell off the charm. I even tried to glue them back, but they still fell out again and are now lost.The material of the bracelet itself is actually good — it does not tarnish or rust. However, without the birthstones the bracelet has no real value for me anymore, since they were the most important part and the main reason for my purchase.I have only had this bracelet for five months, and for the price and considering that this is a personalized piece of jewelry, I expected much better quality. Very disappointing.
The jewellery is unique and perfectly fashioned toward the more interesting and style icon of customers. It’s put together by the customer and so one has a final say in the overall look. It’s beautiful and I shopped there a few times. Would definitely recommend the more unique shopper to have a look.
The bracelet and charms ordered are beautiful granddaughter delighted with her gift . Just ordered more charms to add to its beauty . The bracelet came professionally packed . Could track order on its full journey and it arrived in time .

I’ve placed order in November 2025 and now it’s January 2026. Unfortunately I didn’t received my order as I was waiting for it for a very long time. What’s most disappointing is that nobody doesn’t respond to my email. I’ve paid almost £60 which is a lot of money for some people. This money doesn’t grow on the tree. I need immediate refund please if I won’t hear anything back I will contact lawyers in Netherlands as im very upset and disappointed. It’s about customer service and trust.
