I ordered a clear duck for my husband's keyboard to see it light up with the other keys, but received a yellow duck instead. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly, acknowledged their mistake, and sent the correct duck. It took some time, but since we’re outside the USA and there was a postal strike, it was understandable. They didn’t expect the yellow duck back either. Good customer service, and we LOVE the little duck added to our collection.
